I hired Mr. Tobin to handle a contentious business matter. The matter involved a significant amount of money but I didn't have endless funds to pursue litigation. Mr. Tobin was very professional and informative in his approach. Not only did he lay out a reasonable strategy but he was calm and collect...ed throughout the entire process. I found him to be reliable and, ultimately, we were able to resolve the matter with a minimum of legal expense while still achieving a satisfactory result. His knowledge and experience were exceptional and he clearly had a passion to help me get the result I wanted. I did see the other review on here which denigrated Mr. Tobin. I don't know what the reason was for that but I can say it was completely opposite from my experience.

I hired attorney Charles Tobin for a specific performance case involving breach of contract. He twisted my case in favor of the other party.
