Efficient for out of state drivers

I was on a vacation in NYC and got cited for driving too closely to another vehicle. I had little to no understanding of how this could impact my driving record back in Montreal, so I decided to not take any chances and consult with an expert New York traffic law attorney. I chose Daniel due to his i...mmense experience in this particular area of law. He was very helpful and supportive over the phone. In fact, he offered a solution - and I didn't even need to do a single visit back to NY. What a relief it was to find out my ticket was dismissed and withdrawn a few weeks later. Great job!

Reckless driving charge cleared

Daniel was referred by another criminal attorney who said he was a master in any driving related charge. So, I called his office and got a quote that was above average but with assurance we had a good chance to beat it. I decided to give it a try since I was facing criminal consequences including los...s of job and benefits. It took Daniel a few months and 2 court appearances to first reduce the offense and then completely clear it off my record. What a relief! I would like to recommend Daneil Kron for traffic tickets in New York.

Honest Consultation Resulting in Winning

I searched for traffic lawyers in the NJ area when other lawyers found my case to be complicated. I was well advised by Mr. Kron, which resulted in winning my case. I am thankful for his advice and commitment and would surely recommend to others.

Best traffic lawyer in NJ!

I came to the Kron law office via a google search and a slew of unpaid tickets from years ago when I lived in NJ that I had forgotten about. They led to a suspension in my NJ license but I had moved to NC and when I tried to renew my NC license I found out about the suspension in NJ which led to my i...nability to renew NC. I need to drive for work so this was an impossible situation. I paid Daniel's law office to help me clean this up. He was able to reopen these cases and get these infractions dismissed. I had a clean NC license within a month. I recommend this law office full heartedly. He said what he would do for me, never over promising and under delivering. I am eternally grateful.

Ineffective and incompetent

Before getting hired, Dan assured me that he has handled many cases like mine and would be certain to negotiate a deal for me (toll bridge issue) I sent the money (never received a bill, never received a retainer notice, nothing). Finally the court date arrived. Now, one would think that after all is... assurances Dan would have came back from the court date with a solid plan in place. Nope. First of all, some random person went to the hearing and all I received from them was a screenshot of a sheet of paper. He then tells me I need to call ez pass and negotiate with them - excuse me, wasn’t that what he was hired for? I call ez pass and they tell me they have no record of an attorney on file or any negotiation and tell me to have my lawyer call if I have one. I relay this message then wait over two weeks before contacting him again and finding out no, he didn’t call and now has a whole different story. Up to now i have no idea what he was paid for. I am positive I would have had the same result going to the court date myself because ten days later my registration was suspended. Now, I thought he was supposed to have prevented that with high negotiation savvy? I thought he had prevents tons of registrations from getting suspended? I would advise anyone with an ez pass or toll bridge issue to NOT use this firm. It’s like hiring a lawyer to help with a foreclosure, your lawyer telling you that you have to call the bank and then someone shows up to lock you out your house. A lawyer, I wrongly thought, is hired to prevent that from happening. I have found several other negative reviews online and should have listened to them before hiring - but he sounded so confident that he could handle my issue that I ignored them. Please do not make the same mistake I did. I’m not sure why my other review was not accepted, but I want to write an honest review to save other people stress, time and money. Run away from this law firm. Do not believe anything he tells you.
