Biography
I have been practicing law for over thirty years. I began my career with the Office of the Attorney General. I represented the MVA for nearly a decade.
I am very pleased that my clients return again and again for my assistance with their legal needs, whether it is a traffic case, an auto accident, medical malpractice or any other legal problem. I treat my clients' cases as if they were my own. I am hands-on and always available to my clients.
I approach my practice of law as a relationship and opportunity to help. Although we are all working to provide for our families, it is not always about the money. There is more to what I do than just collecting a fee for my services. I am honored to serve my clients.

Doesn’t get any better

MD speeding ticket
Got a speeding ticket driving through Maryland that would have been 5 points. Hired Hillel to represent me at trial as I disagreed with the alleged speed. He showed up to trial for me and I got a not guilty verdict. No record, no points, no fines. Couldn't have been a better outcome!

We convinced the State Trooper to agree to a plea to the Negligent driving and dismissal of the balance of the charges. The judge granted our request for a PBJ on the Negligent driving.
Flying without a license
The reckless driving was dismissed and he got a probation before judgment on the speeding charge. No points!
