Efficient for out of state drivers

I was on a vacation in NYC and got cited for driving too closely to another vehicle. I had little to no understanding of how this could impact my driving record back in Montreal, so I decided to not take any chances and consult with an expert New York traffic law attorney. I chose Daniel due to his i...mmense experience in this particular area of law. He was very helpful and supportive over the phone. In fact, he offered a solution - and I didn't even need to do a single visit back to NY. What a relief it was to find out my ticket was dismissed and withdrawn a few weeks later. Great job!

Speeding citation won!

I hired Daniel to appeal my speeding summons. He was very polite on the phone call explaining all options in details and not overpromising by any means. However, once on a case he proved to be a very successful litigator. My ticket was withdrawn and excessive points removed from my record. What a rel...ief it was to release pressure from my valuable driver's license. Thanks!

Daniel Kron

One of the best traffic lawyers I ever hired. He truly is the best so far I have gotten 9 traffic tickets and he only lost one of them and is currently hired for 4 more tickets I am fighting which I have no doubt will win. He is flexible with pricing and gives you penalty of time to pay, honest lawye...r tells you exactly what's going to happen doesn't beat around the bush. You dont have to show to any of the cases if you choose not to go, and communicates with you to makes sure you understand whats going on. All around I think the best traffic lawyer in New York City. You be a fool not to hire him and his staff.

Unresponsive and did not deliver the service requested - or promised

I would leave 0 stars if I could, but Avvo won't let me. I hired Daniel and Bukh Law Firm for an employment matter, and it was the worst legal experience I've ever had. After paying my retainer, I heard from Daniel once. I've sent him countless emails/texts since mid-June, and the only time he's e...ver responded was when he accidentally sent me an email about another client. The one time Daniel and I did speak (which was on the day I hired him), Daniel told me his firm would negotiate a specific agreement that they never did; I'm still unclear what they even did for me, for I firmly believe I could have represented myself given what minimal service he provided. He didn't appear to do any work on my case, for he handed me off to someone else in the office who seemed to have minimal experience and wasn't even a lawyer. Whenever I'd send either him or his colleague emails asking for clarity on issues, Daniel never responded and his colleague would give vague, unhelpful responses. It's 2 months later, and they still have not provided me any clarity on the services they provided or even a bill (likely b/c I would be due a refund). They were perfectly happy to take my money, but now Daniel is nowhere to be found. Daniel Kron and Bukh Law Firm are the opposite of transparent, and I caution anyone looking for a lawyer to use another firm. They are dishonest and ineffective.

Lies

I spoke with Daniel over the phone about my case and walked me through what would happen and his recommendations. After the initial consultation, I went to his office and paid the retainers fee. He told me that he would represent me but I got a call from a different lawyer that didn't seem like he kn...ew what was going on (or knew what to do), stating that he will meet me at the precinct. I quickly realized that the negative reviews on google maps were possibly true after he pulled this stunt. He also avoided answering my calls and messages after I signed the dotted line. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER! He is a good salesman but don't be fooled by his words.
