Best

The most diligent and professional attorney in the City . Daniel Kron did a great job with my son's case, Kron listened carefully to the details of the case. This was a very challenging time for me and my family, and I needed someone who was willing to give full attention to the case.

Can do a miracle

Before I start, let me be clear - this attorney is not cheap. If I am to hunt for a bargain I will go to a public defensers office or some social service. When I need a real top class best performing lawyer I will call Dan. He doesn't even ask for a consultation fee when he explains everything quite ...diligently over the phone. Then I pay my dues and forget about the rest - he will make it happen. Yea I do this quite often unfortunately, but life is life. Dan is the best!

Daniel Kron

After my son was charged with a non violent criminal offense we searched all over NYC for an Attorney that simply cared and not just provided the "sales pitch" at consultation. I've been in sales for twenty years so I know a salesperson when I see one. Daniel Krone is not a salesperson, he was as... passionate and caring as can be at our first and only meeting. His demeanor displayed an honest and full of integrity character. He took the time and care to "listen" to my Son and his defense. Not just to tell us all about his powerful collateral and past history. After meeting with Daniel for two hours there was no trepidation in hiring this "caring, right for the job" Attorney .If you are looking for an Attorney that will stand out from the competition and provide you peace but be as truthful as can be, Daniel Kron should be your pick. Got a criminal charge? Hire Dan and forget about it!!

First things first. I was struck with a criminal indictment that was no joke. This was a heavy burden on my family and myself. I couldn't sleep well, nor I could continue managing my small business. The accusations of a fraud is something that can put your whole life on hold. I was able to come up wi...th some funding to afford a private defense lawyer. I talked to quite a few of them, but I liked Daniel Kron for his straightforwardness and down-to-earth temper. I met with him on a few occasions, and then signed a retainer. It appeared he was not a solo attorney, but a part of a larger firm that ate cases like mine on their breakfasts. They immediately examined all options and convinced me to push it to trial. Although this seemed like a financial nightmare for me I understood my whole career was at stake, so I took out a loan and sent a check to Daniel. The case lasted for half a year, and only a few weeks before trial, the DA gave up on me and dropped the case. How cool is that?!! Immense respect for Daniel Kron and his remarkable team of criminal defense attorneys.

Class D Felony Charges Dropped

I was arrested on charges of rape, assault, and sexual misconduct of my ex-girlfriend. All the charges were meticulously fabricated and Falsified by her as her intent was of pure malice and was simply a heinous and hateful act for any human being to do. Despite this, I was worried about the outcome o...f my future because i read stories of people who were falsely convicted of this, and I knew that if the trial somehow did not go to favor, I could be facing felony charges, perhaps years in prison, and my future would've been ruined. When I hired Daniel, he was very confident of winning my case, and thoroughly explained to me the whole process, personally take my calls or answer my texts when i had any questions, which eased my mind greatly, given the gravity of the situatIon. He has a good relationship with the DA's and after weeks of tireless negotiations with the DA, and gathering several key pieces of evidence, Daniel was able to prove my innocence to the DA's, and was able to get all my charges dropped and dismissed, and the case never went to trial. The feeling of walking away unscathed, after knowing the possibility of my prisonment because of one person's malice, was one i cant put in words. I would highly recommend Daniel Kron to any one seeking Criminal Defense representation.
