Though I'm currently in litigation, I had to write this review. Mr Rosenblatt and his team are nothing short of God sent. He answers emails after work hours, he is very easy to talk to. I don't have to take anytime off of work to go to court,he counter sued on my behalf, along with seeking Monetary ...damages. His fees are low and affordable. He is very knowledgeable. Don't be alarmed if you give him a lot of background on your case and he is silent, this man I believe has seen it all in the courtroom especially as it relates to these horrible landlords. Mr Rosenblatt represented me on a landlord tenant matter . When I first met him I was impressed with his knowledge of New York City landlord tenant law.
