Biography
David Eisbrouch obtained a BS in Business Administration from the University of Buffalo in 1982 before attending the Hofstra University School of Law and graduating in 1985.
His law practice encompasses all aspects of serious personal injury and mass tort (pharmaceutical) litigation and over two decades as the managing partner of two contingent fee law firms. Mr. Eisbrouch has a unique insight into and understanding of the financial issues and constraints faced by both clients and contingent-fee law firms.
Mr. Eisbrouch co-founded Balkin & Eisbrouch, LLC in 1999, where he remains the managing partner today.
