Commitment at its finest !

I can honestly say that Attorney Philippe Gerschel did an amazing job with my speeding ticket from the court wanting to give me 6 speeding points plus a fine for $588 to just only 2 No speeding points and a fine of $300 and most importantly my insurance wont even know about it so i can still get my i...nsurance discount this next cycle . Thank you so much Mr Gerschel im so relieved .

Excellent!

Mr. Gerschel was extremely helpful! I hired him for a traffic ticket I received and he was able to negotiate what should’ve been 6 points on my liscence to just a fine with no points! I’d definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.

Best traffic lawyer you can get!

Philipp Gerschel is totally reliable and very smart. He knows how to do his job! I had already two tricky traffic cases in which officers tried to take advantage and he resolved both cases the best way! Worth the money!

restaurant legal FDNY issue

I ran into Mr. Gerschel, by chance, at the court house one day, while I was trying to sort out, on my own, my legal issues with an FDNY violation/judgement. He agreed to represent me. Thank goodness he did. I was in over my head, he was not. He put me at ease and shepherded me towards a very, very ...reduced fine. It is assuring having a smart, friendly, and competent lawyer on my side. I highly recommend Mr. Gerschel.
