My car was towed by NYPD and they wouldn’t give it back no matter how hard i tried to convince them. Unfortunately i was a suspect in a crime i had no knowledge of lol. so i was jnder the impression i had a DAT a month later than what i thougt. I was charged with speeding 41+ in costruction zone in Staten Island. Philippe gave me free consultation where he explained everything to me like it is. I got slapped with a Reckless driving summons a couple of months ago, I didn't think it was that serious until I researched on line how serious this was and saw it was a misdemeanor! I started to panic because as a med student, I did not need a single crime on my record no matter if it was non violent . The judge ( who was a little tough ) and the prosecutor wanted to suspend my license and give me community service & whatever else . You could imagine what went through my head : " what the flying --" But Phillipe made a good point out to the court , and then and there it was settled, I got slapped with a violation and had to pay a couple of hundred bucks . I was relieved! I am able to drive , not have a record and have no points on my license . Let's just say I learned my lesson and I'm gonna just let people cut me off and not even bother. Phillipe exceeded my expectations and if I was to need a lawyer for a traffic case again, he would be on my speed dial. Hire him for your traffic case or reckless driving summons ! You won't be disappointed.
