James saved my career!

I'm just leaving traffic court, on my way home and in such a rush to write this review. I'm making sure I post it everywhere. James Medows, one word AMAZING! I received a failed to stop at stop sign ticket, not only that, I received this ticket with a less than impressive driving record; however with... the field of work I work in this was my last chance to clean up my act or rethink my career path. I contacted James Medows with my concerns with less than a week to my final court date. He kept in contact with me each day until the court date and suggested going to court for me on the day of, although I insisted I had to be there. I was unable to meet him in person ahead of time and we got all the specifies done electronically, and he was always one text away with any questions or concerns I had. He even printed all the pictures I sent to him of the location at which I received the ticket. We met up today and Mr. Medows went into the court room with his game face on, although we discussed everything prior I was nervous and forgot everything I had to say. He reassured me that he knew what he was doing and what points to say and listened attentively as the officer pleaded her case. All in all, this traffic ticket got dismissed with the toughest judge in the building (that found everyone guilty before me) and I could cry tears of happiness. He was just as happy as I was! Thank you James Medows for being so accommodating, so trust worthy and building a relationship that most lawyers don't care to build. Now I don't plan on getting anymore tickets, however it is inevitable. So I will be in touch. I am recommending all friends, all family members and everyone to him. If you're like me, you just can't go wrong!

Stop Sign Ticket

Looking at the other reviews I was intrigue to see if James could solve my problem. I called him on Saturday night and he surprisingly picked up my call.I explain the situation and he told me to stop by his office on Monday. I was stop by an officer who told me I ran a stop sign which was obviously a... lie. I had other witnesses in the car. This offense is obviously 2 or 3 points on your driving record and he was able to get it off. If anything else occurs i'm going to hire him again.

Super sharp! Excellent service! Efficient and on time!

I could write a book, and you'd read it. Totally worth it. Dismissed was my reply to go with all my other questions that were answered before I asked. You owe it to yourself to get some peace of mind. This is the man. Thank me later.

Effective, Thorough, and Honest

I called his office for a consultation regarding a traffic summons for cell phone use while motor vehicle was in motion and left a message. Within ten minutes, Mr. Medows, himself, returned my call and kindly provided me with a thorough consultation, answering all of my questions. Even though the inf...ormation he provided could have resulted in my not requiring his services at all, he presented me with an honest assessment of my situation. I followed his directions, and it appears my situation will be resolved relatively painlessly. This matter had been causing me quite a bit of anxiety; Mr. Medows's expertise helped quickly eliminate my worries without having to hire an attorney. Although I did not require his services this time around, I am confident that he is an effective and honest attorney and would look nowhere else should I need to hire a traffic attorney in the future.

The Best

What can I say, James is awesome. Up front, straight forward, no BS. James went to court for me so I didn't even have to miss a day of work, and the best part my case was dismissed. I can't say every case will be like mine. But what I can tell you is if you need someone to go to bat for you. ...James is the right lawyer to fight for you. I don't look forward to another ticket, but we all know driving in NYC it's bound to happen sooner or later. When and if it does. I'll be back to see James.
