Speed Ticket in Queens

I was supposedly going 69 in a 50 mph highway (grand central). I honestly have no idea how this particular officer was able to scan my car out of all the vehicles, which were by the way, going at the same speed as mine. But magically he zoomed in and stopped me, I am now facing 4 points on my license... and a higher insurance rate. After calling several law firms and not receiving any answers or call backs, I finally found James Hall Medows, who to my surprise answered right away! No secretaries, no call backs no nothing! I explained that I received a speeding ticket and after asking me some questions and disclosing his fee, he proceeded to let me know what would happen and the possibilities of losing or winning the case. I appreciated his honesty from the beginning and also his knowledge in such cases. I will be using his services and I will also post a review once the case has been closed. So far, Mr. Medows has been extremely helpful! Ana

Amazing service!

Great experience with James Medows Had an issue with a traffic violation in Nyc while I was visiting from out of town James was able to resolve the matter for me promptly and effectively without me having to be present! He replies to messages rapidly and answered all my questions He i...s a pro, and took care of everything...highly recommend this attorney!!

LIfe Saver Hire Mr. Medows No Regrets!!!

James Medows is a God send. I was caught going 55 in a 25 MPH zone on Springfield Blvd. I had just started a new job and wasn't trying to be late on one of my first days. I got caught by an unmarked police vehicle with a speed radar. This happened june of 2015. The ticket was $300 and i was going to... receive 6 points on my license. I was terrified that my insurance was going to raise and my parents were going to kill me (im 22 by the way), so I did some researching online. I found great reviews on many lawyers but i was drawn to Mr.Medows. I contacted him and he was very professional and told me what was going to happen. He told me his price (which was very very reasonable), i agreed to it and signed a contract with him. The plan was to postpone the court hearing in hopes that the officer wouldn't show. Mr. Medows was able to postpone the case 3 times and the officer showed every time. I dont know what Mr. Medows said during that hearing but i was found not guilty and didnt have to pay the $300 and didnt receive a single point on my license. During this six month process Mr. Medows kept me updated on the case and showed up to every case on my behalf. He sent text as well as called. He always responded when i sent him texts even during the holidays. I am glad that i hired him and anyone looking for a lawyer dont even waste your time with anyone else.

Professional. Doesn't Waste your Time and gets Results

I was charged with Reckless Driving violation in New York city. After some research online, I found Mr. Medows and I immediately retained him to handle my case. His discussions with me were short, to the point and accurate. Mr Medows is a real sharp shooter, knows his stuff well, and doesn't was...te your time at all.
