Professional, caring and honest law group

Michael Kohan was referred to me by my real estate lawyer because I needed someone who specialized in landlord/tenant law. Michael and Adam were a pleasure to work with. Caring and Responsive Lawyer

Michael is a great lawyer, who cares for his clients and gets the job done with their best interest at heart. He has helped me in multiple cases, everything from driving tickets to injury suits. On top of great service, his office is centrally located and has convenient parking. Getting in touch with... Mike was easy, it only took one phone call and consultation began right away. He’s the kind of lawyer every lawyer should aspire to be.

When our dad died, we couldn’t just grieve his loss in peace. We had to deal with some urgent, complex property and estate matters in New York. I live in North Carolina, and never thought our family would find an attorney who could unravel the mess we faced, which was a task so unique not many atto...rneys could even handle it. But then we found Michael. He immediately understood the issues and went out of his way to help our family. That kind of empathy is rare. Not only that, he’s one heck of a litigator in court. We’ve been working with him for almost a year now and he’s still aggressively handling our case, has always kept us in the loop, and has always been there to provide detailed answers to our (many, many) questions. Every piece of work he produces is perfect, beautifully written, and right on point. He’s the kind of lawyer every lawyer should aspire to be.

This was a very difficult case that was in bad shape when we were retained but after a tough fight in different courts, including an appeal from which we prevailed, I am glad we achieved your goals and turned things around!

Excellent Client Service and Highly Skilled Litigator

Real Estate short Sale and Divorce

he knows landlord tenant courts very well and his response back to me as a client is extremely fast not like many other lawyers who you constantly have to call back I Highly Recommend Michael Kohan very good negotiator
