Professional, caring and honest law group

Michael Kohan was referred to me by my real estate lawyer because I needed someone who specialized in landlord/tenant law. Michael and Adam were a pleasure to work with. Adam prepared my lease agreement and thoroughly answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. I am v...ery happy I used Kohan Law Group and highly recommend them!

Quality Service, Great Communication GETS IT DONE!

I hired Michael's firm to help with a lease break that I had in NYC. The landlord demanded two years worth of rent despite not advertising my unit after I left, for over six months. I tried to negotiate with them and got stonewalled. Michael and Adam were referred to me and I'm so happy I retained th...em. They were very clear with exactly what they needed to get started, they did NOT oversell or underpromise what was possible, they clearly communicated the limits of what they could do based on the experience they had. And ultimately, they delivered an extremely favorable outcome to my situation. I can't emphasize their honesty enough - CLEAR communication about expectations from day one and none of the superfluous billing that other attorneys may have had, highly empathetic and incredibly knowledgeable . I highly recommend this Michael, Adam and their firm!

Real Estate short Sale and Divorce

he knows landlord tenant courts very well and his response back to me as a client is extremely fast not like many other lawyers who you constantly have to call back I Highly Recommend Michael Kohan very good negotiator
