Best Lawyer Ever

I found him from Avvo website and the reviews showed me that how good lawyer he was. He whatces every singe step of your application. Before you submit your application, he tells you what will heppen about your case. Basically he always updates you regarding your recent case status and time is not ev...en problem to him. You might receive something you have been waiting for a long time 2am in the morning it shows you that he cares your case even if you are sleeping. I do not thing there should be many lawyer like him. If you are looking for a a lawyer who know what he does, just go for Kyce without hesitation.

A must hire

First and foremost, before I write my reviews or comments about Mr. Kyce, I'd like to share a little backdrop about my case. I've been married to my beautiful wife over 10 years who is a third generation of Irish and Italian decent, American born, and together we have four beautiful children by G...od's grace. I am in a corporate world over a couple of decades, paying my taxes, never committed a crime, and never took a free government handout. I've studied for my citizenship test, where we some point I felt like I was back in my college years. I've studied with pride, discipline and tenacity. I wanted to ace the test. And I did. Unfortunately, I thought I would have no problem passing the citizenship test and getting to the oath ceremony and becoming a US citizen. However, the immigration officer that I had in Holtsville, in suffolk county, was very difficult to say the least. To me he seemed outright prejudice and biased against certain ethnic background people. He didn't even shake my hand welcoming me. He did not smile or say good morning or reply to my greetings. Treated me very unprofessionally and rude. What was more alarming was during the entire interview he was shaking his head and talking to himself so I'm not even sure if he's suffering from schizophrenia or he's bipolar and unfortunately he was just having an episode and he didn't even have any control over. He definitely needs to clinically evaluated. It was unfortunate what was supposed to be one of the happiest days of my life and someone who like me who had waited for years to become a US citizen had to go through this and experience this. I did pass both written and verbal tests and had all the documents with me that are required and recommended to bring in on the day of the interview. At the end of the interview, he handed me a paper checking the box that I passed the test, but he asked me for further evidence of my birth certificate, which is not required or recommended to bring on the day of the interview. Then he asked me to bring in copies of every pages of my passport which is also not required or recommended, and given the fact that I brought in the original passports and he examined them in front of me. Last but not least, he asked me for copies of my children's birth certificates, when I brought the original, while they were all born in NY, and he looked at them, yet he asked for copies which is insane. Furthermore he made a comment, "I believe they're you're children, and I know you brought the originals, but I still want copies." It's at this point I did my research and shared my circumstances and unfortunate experiences with Mr. Kyce Siddiqi, in the initial consultation, explained to me exactly how he's going to approach and resolve the matter. And then I was quite impressed by his knowledge expertise and how methodical he was, and I'm happy to say that's God's grace, he got the matter resolved within weeks, and I am now a US citizen. Furthermore, he's gotten all parties involved that were necessary in pursuing my case, well documenting every step of the way, each process as we progressed. His follow-ups are beyond professional. So folks, I would highly recommend, the minute you get the letter of citizenship interview, don't go by yourself, bring Mr. Siddiqi with you. He's a good egg. One of the other reasons I hired him was because he was on the job in his previous career, he was a NYPD officer, which resonated with me because I have family members that are on the job in NyPD as we speak to this day, serving the city, state, and the country proudly, putting their lives on the line every day. Please, please, please, if you must hire an immigration attorney for whatever your needs may be, by all means hire attorney Kyce Siddiqi. I promise you, you'll be happy with your outcome, God-willing. I wish you all the best in all your future endeavors. MAY GOD BLESS US ALL AND MAY GOD BLESS AMERICA.

Couldn't have been better!

Yes, as good as it gets. Without hesitation I would recommend Attorney Kyce Siddiqi who is very professional, knowledgeable and also very pleasant to work with. He is totally dedicated to his clients . He even called me at late hours which astonished me a lot. Mr. Siddiqi accompanied me during my pro...cess of becoming an American and his presence was very reassuring during the exam. Attorney Kyce Siddiqi really loves what he is doing and it shows.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
