After three and a half years with another attorney and my case going nowhere, I knew I had to do something else. I hired Kim. Due to my case dragging on for so long, only a couple weeks after hiring Kim, the court called her and said they were denying any further adjournments in my case and either ...we had to have a settlement in four days or proceed to trial. After having worked on an agreement with my former attorney for nearly a year without it reaching completion, and the thought of Kim having to possibly go to trial for me in a matter of days if we couldn't settle, I panicked and thought how could she possibly make this happen on such short notice. Kim was very calm about the whole thing and assured me we would get it done and all would be fine. She delivered on everything she said she would and went above and beyond. She is extremely knowledgable on the law, efficient, compassionate and just a nice person in general. She kept me up to date on everything and never left me hanging or wondering what was going on.
