Dear the Acocella Team. I am so thankful for never giving up on us and going the extra step all the time to get our modification. We were so close to losing our house after 2 long years....and without Lisa and Navita, we could never had done it. They had so much patience and knew exactly what to do.... The back and forth emails, calls and their extra time to explain everything to me to make sure we understand everything. I appreciate everything they did from the bottom of my heart and we feel like 1000 pounds were lifted off our shoulders!! Thank you for everything!!!

Lisa & Navita were in my opinion the most professional, courteous, efficient and answered every question & phone call without hesitation, the best people that we have worked with on our case. It was a pleasure working with them. Greg who also helped us was also very reassuring that we/ they were do...ing everything possible to get a positive results. They ,(Lisa, Navita ,Greg), helped to calm this very nervous and frightened homeowner on more than one occasion.

Words can not describe how grateful I am for the help Acocella Law provided for me in a time of need. Just a quick history of what happened. After a nasty divorce that pretty much bankrupted me I was left with a ton of bills and to top it off a predatory loan that kept getting higher. I was to the br...ink of losing my home because I couldn't afford the large payment anymore. One afternoon just looking online I observed the ad for mortgage help and stop forecloseure from Acocella Law. I was pretty much burnt out and came to the conclusion I would be in a motel for a few years until I got on my feet again. I contacted Acocella group and spoke to Dan Giannini. Dan was the person who took all my information and was very patient and caring. He made it very clear, he could not make any promises he couldn't keep but after a lengthy conversation he had my trust. Dan then handed over the case to Lisa Deluca. Lisa was very professional and assisted me from the start. At times Lisa was very demanding on the documents required. I take fault for that because in all honesty, they do ask for everything and during the review time I was working two jobs. Lisa was charming but very professional. She had a certain way to calm sometimes a frustrating process of collecting paperwork. The entire time that I dealt with Acocella it was for my best interest to get the documents required as soon as possible. Heather Martin was also a normal bi weekly call to make sure documents were sent. Heather was very nice and ALL business. She would tell me what I needed and that was that. Navita Sahadeo was another big help. Navita would listen to my frustration about the time it had taken for my modification and would have me smiling after getting off the phone with her. She had always had positive words and chuckled at my sometimes coy comments. After a lengthy process I finally received a call from Dave Van Nostrand who advised me that the modification had been approved and completed. I will be keeping my home after 25 years . Huge sigh of relief and normal sleep patterns again not worrying if I would lose my home. Acocella Law was the BEST !!!! I will tell all my friends and people I know going through the same life problems to call Acocella. I wrote this from my heart and this is actually a honest review. After dealing with three other law firms and paying out a lot of money with nothing getting done after all the guaranteeing I hired Acocella law group and with in two months my modification was completed and approved. I would recommend this law firm with out hesitation to anyone who needs this kind o...f service. They are the best by far , no lies or unkempt promises. I honestly thought there was no help for me and my family, after not paying my mortgage for almost 39 months and the bank about to foreclose on my house in a matter of weeks. Brian Bettex sat me down and explained to me that all hope was not lost. He explained to me in detail in a calm caring matter ...what exactally Acocella Law Group could do for me. After getting all my paper work in order (which took forever) and they where patient and understanding, Malian took on my nightmare--not only was she patient with me but took the time to explain exactally what was going on each step of the way w/weekly phone calls to keep me up to date. Even when I just stopped in without an appointment to review my loan modification she never kept me waiting took the time with a smile to go over everything with me.
