Lee was a tremendous help. He understood our situation and guided us in the right direction. From the very first day I met with Lee and Joe I had a very good feeling that I was in the right hands. For five years, I was denied a modification twice and was told by other attorneys to not waste my time, start looking for rentals...I would never get approved. After I had my home go into auction for the first time, a friend introduced to Joe who told me to come and meet with him and Lee to see what they could do to help me and my family.
