I would recommend this law office to anyone that has to go through a loan modification..I had been dealing with my lender for two agonizingly years, getting absolutely nowhere on my own. Faxing documents over and over again in fact I faxed my divorce decree 17 times just continuing the cat and mouse ...game with people who didn't care. I hired the Acocella Law Group to represent me in a loan modification to prevent a foreclosure with Chase bank. I was assured at that time by one of their Relationship Managers that I had nothing to worry about and they would make sure that a loan modification would be granted. After nine months and ...some $4,500 plus in payments to Acocella I did get my modification but unfortunately it was at a higher monthly payment. That was four months ago. Needless to say I was not pleased and was told that the Acocella Law Group did get me a modification and since we did I would have to re-apply and owe another $4,500. For the past four months they have promised to address my issues but every telephone contact with a representative that was scheduled they broke. I strongly feel that there should be some settlement to help me retrieve back most of my costs. I would not recommend them to anyone applying for a loan modification.
