Unexpected surprise!!

Belinda took over my divorce case and I can honestly say that I am pleased so far. She speaks to you on a personable level and will answer any questions you may have without rushing you. Very easy to get in touch with and will respond to you regardless of how busy she is. We are still in the final s...tages of the divorce but I am confident that the outcome will be great. Belinda makes you feel like family and I'm glad she is working on my case. Thanks Belinda!!!

Passionate Advocate for Her Clients

I had a family member who had a case in criminal court and Belinda was hired to represent them for their arraignment. As an attorney myself whose represented clients at arraignment, I know how chaotic and confusing the process can be for someone who is being held. To add to these difficulties, she al...so was dealing with the court's impending closure for an upcoming snowstorm which would have left my family member in central booking for two days. Despite all the difficulties she faced from the weather to getting the case before the court, she was able to get my family member arraigned at the very last hour after midnight, and through her power of persuasion, she convinced the judge to release my family member without bail despite the DA asking for $1500 (if bail had been set, it might have jeopardized my family member's ability to get out before the snowstorm). Throughout it all, she kept her client's family abreast of the situation even at 1 AM. While such passion for advocacy should be the status quo, her responsiveness to her client's needs and to the concerns of her client's family is truly exceptional in the legal profession. Belinda proved in this case that neither snow nor sleet nor gloom of night will keep her from her appointed rounds. I mean that literally. I would not hesitate to recommend Belinda in the future.

Excellence, honesty and results!

My fiancé was in need of an attorney who would be able to finalize a divorce and child custody/support so that she could move on with her life. After talking with many attorneys, we chose Belinda because she came across as someone who cared and would be dedicated to fighting for her. The case was ext...rememly difficult because the ex-husband was determined to be as nasty as possible. The Bronx court system was also a nightmare to deal with. Once we hired Belinda she took away all of our stress and was able to get the case moving and resolved it after the previous attorney let it languish for a year. Not only was she able to deal with spousal issues but also child custody as well. Belinda had to deal with a nasty attorney but never wavered or gave in and fought until she got what we wanted. We were thrilled with the results and so happy that we could move on to bigger and better things. We would reocmmmed Belinda to anyone who has felt wronged by the system and need an advocate who cares and will fight for them!

Divorce Settlement

Divorce is an extremely stressful & emotional situation. Belinda is very knowledgeable, comforting & confident which helps a great deal when you're sitting in the court waiting area trying to sort out your life, your emotions & still have the best interest for your child in mind. Belinda addressed ...my every concern & she never backed down when it came to negotiating & getting what was due to me. I had great difficulty in expressing my concerns & Belinda always figured out what I meant & what I wanted in some strange way. She is just that amazing at what she does. She is able to explain all legal matters to you in the simplest of terms that we can all understand. I don't know how she does it, but Belinda always had a positive to counter any negative that came my way. I am forever grateful & appreciative for Belinda & her services. She fought a fantastic battle with everything she's got & I am able to move on with my life with peace of mind all thanks to Belinda's amazing skills. She is truly a gem & for anyone who finds themselves having to go thru a divorce, trust me, Belinda will get you to that light at the end of the tunnel. very satisfied

I wasn't in the best position today for court and I did not have such a positive outlook on things. Belinda helped me very much in such a way that her effort and perseverance exceeded my expectations. I'm very happy with the way i was represented today
