How did she pass bar exam is a mystery like the Bermuda Triangle

I will get straight to the point Only cares how fast you can pay her but when it comes down to court apperences she’s always late where the judge scolds her then she is totally unprepared again scolded by same judge (every court apperence) She makes it seem like it’s your fault! She treats you with n...o dignity or respect. She has no communication until minutes before she’s walking up the stairs from the subway gasping for air becuase she’s late. She stutters or cannot answer correctly to the judge as if she blanks out making it into a awkward situation and only annoying the judge. The ONLY reason I hired her was becuase she was referred by my attorney in Florida. One day she’s a family law attorney next she is immigration attorney tries to be a jack of all trades but she’s definitely a master at none. She has accomplished ZERO for me and I’m worse situation now and lost a lot of money. I could of chargedback and disputed but it seems she needs the money more than me and I’m a single father of 4 children. Please run for youlife away from this chick. it was like I was in the twilight zone with her. I’m so upset she had a chance to make things right from her screwups instead sends me a new invoice! I asked her in good faith can she at least file to contest the judges decision based on her own damage before I pay her again since she screwed it up .......all I hear to this day is crickets and the time frame to contest has passed. For the love of God please run from this attorney she’s a complete joke to the profession.

Passionate Advocate for Her Clients

I had a family member who had a case in criminal court and Belinda was hired to represent them for their arraignment. As an attorney myself whose represented clients at arraignment, I know how chaotic and confusing the process can be for someone who is being held. To add to these difficulties, she al...so was dealing with the court's impending closure for an upcoming snowstorm which would have left my family member in central booking for two days. Despite all the difficulties she faced from the weather to getting the case before the court, she was able to get my family member arraigned at the very last hour after midnight, and through her power of persuasion, she convinced the judge to release my family member without bail despite the DA asking for $1500 (if bail had been set, it might have jeopardized my family member's ability to get out before the snowstorm). Throughout it all, she kept her client's family abreast of the situation even at 1 AM. While such passion for advocacy should be the status quo, her responsiveness to her client's needs and to the concerns of her client's family is truly exceptional in the legal profession. Belinda proved in this case that neither snow nor sleet nor gloom of night will keep her from her appointed rounds. I mean that literally. I would not hesitate to recommend Belinda in the future.
