Great lawyer when you don’t have an easy divorce!
MaKenzi does such a great job! My ex husband has drug and abuse issues and I was very worried about how our custody would go for the safety of our son. He did not make things easy but MaKenzi brought her all to everything we did and made me feel safe and comfortable (which is a big thing) with all of our issues. She knew how to handle every situation he threw at us even when they surprised me she had a plan already! Absolutely love her and her team!

AMAZING LAWYER!
MaKenzi is an amazing lawyer and she helped me through my divorce this last year and her and her team did an outstanding job. They were always available to answer any and all my questions and really helped navigate me through such a difficult time. I have recommended MaKenzi and her team to about everyone I know. Walking into her office for our initial meeting I was very anxious and frankly intimidated by the process of beginning my divorce and I left confident and smiling that she had this handled and would proceed with my best interest in mind. She did not disappoint!

Fantastic Lawyer! MaKenzi truly cares about those she represents!
Debt Settlement Case. MaKenzi listened and fought hard in reaching a fair settlement. I couldn't have asked for someone to do more or care more about my case . She's detail oriented, a good listener and excellent negotiator. She's someone you defiantly want fighting on your behalf. MaKenzi is a true professional who I can't recommend highly enough.

Easy to work with, patient, and gave great advice
MaKenzi Higgins helped us update our will recently, and I was very impressed by her professionalism, sound advice, and patience with us as we need to make some changes. We had created a will online years ago, and it was clear there were gaps we needed to address. She helped us with the options and worked to keep our budget in place. I would recommend her to my family and friends 10 out of 10 times, and will call her for anything that we need a lawyer for.

If you're nervous about divorce like I was Makenzie is the gal for you. She helped me every step of the way, answered every question I had and went above and beyond her duties as my attorney. She did a great job for me and made me feel so much better about my situation. Especially about my kids.

Professional, Knowledge and Supportive
Ms. Higgins has provided us with the best representation we could have possibly hoped for in our family law case. We had never hired an attorney before and tried to accomplish our goals on our own first. After multiple frustrating attempts with no success, we finally came to the realization we needed a professional to help us navigate the ever changing laws and the complexities of the court system. Someone who would strive for what is fair and right. We found this with Ms. Higgins. She is responsive to calls, texts and emails and looks for what's best for us and our children. She was referred to us as someone that would fight for us, our rights, and the rights of our children. The only thing we would have done differently would have been to hire her sooner!

Amazing Experience

Fantastic Lawyer! Truly a Pit Bull
MaKenzi is tenacious and always willing to listen. Sometimes she also told me things I didn't want to know, but needed to regardless. She was nice until it was time for her not to be nice to the other side, and helped me get through a tough legal time.

Wonderful Attorney
I would recommend Mrs. Higgins's to anyone needing an great representation. I hired her not even meeting her in person because I live in Texas and needed representation in Kansas on a civil case. She was very personable and knowledgeable of the laws as well. She made me feel as though I have know her for years and that she would do her best to get the job done. I could not have found anyone better to represent me with my case. Did i mention she calls you and responds to your email requests in a timely manner. 5 Stars.
