Amazing

I am happy, I chose Ms. Arevalo as my divorce lawyer she was very detailed and clear about the process. The pandemic did slow down my case but Ms. Arevalo never failed to give me updates. Belinda is compassionate, honest and knows what she’s doing !. I’ve never hired or had to deal with a lawyer in m...y life up until this point, but I am glad my first legal matter was taken care of by Belinda, a true professional.

Great Attorney

Ms. Arevalo assist me in a very professional manner in regards to my divorce with my ex partner. She was recommended to me by a coworker who's family member hired her to assist and resolving their issues. After reading many great reviews I've decided to pay her a visit. During my initial consultation... she clearly stated what procedure I needed to take to start my divorce process as this was my first marriage and things were a bit confusing at first. Once the filing started my ex partner gave us problems in which was delt with in a professionally manner. I was able to keep my vehicle without further issues from my ex. Overall I would recommend her to any of my peers in the event they have to go through a similar situation.

Great Attorney, Results Driven and Deatiled Oriented

My husband and I retained Ms. Arevalo for both a custody and child support case. We had dealt with 3 other attorneys in which we were very unhappy with, prior to Ms. Arevalo being recommended to us. Upon consultation, Ms. Arevalo didn't sell us any dreams, she provided us with both best and worst ...case scenario. She was always prepared and well versed when defending our cases. She gave us an overview before entering the courtroom and a out- brief after each hearing. I can't express how impressed I was with her tenacity to ensure my husband was treated fairly as the non-custodial parent. Ms. Arevalo achieved what other attorneys told us was impossible. I would highly recommend her to any parent facing challenging family court issues. We received best case scenarios in both of our cases.

Great Service

I hired her my one sided divorce. She did her best to get me divorced and provide best service for my child. She explained me everything very well and provide a great service. She didn’t do only my case she’s also use to give me moral support too. She take good care of me as a client.

Delivered as promised!

Not being a resident of NY, I reached out to Blinda Arevalo in hopes she could fully represent me, in my family court case. I chose her because of her established presence there in the NY area and excellent track record. The added bonus was that she was bi-lingual, pleasant and thoughtful. I did ...not speak Spanish but this was a necessity in achieving success for my case. I put my trust in Belinda's expertise and was not disappointed. She and her legal staff was able to explain what I was up against and estimate the time and cost to have a successful outcome. She and her legal staff worked with me every step in gathering and preparing the necessary documents to fight my case with confidence. She explained legal terms and answered every question that plagued my conscience. Having the knowledge to succeed is a good thing, but also having the ability to use this knowledge is a gift. I am forever grateful that my attorney, Belinda Arevalo courageously represented me and saved me from a pack of deceitful lies which could have damaged my reputation, work and life.
