Family Court Custody Case

Belinda is an FANTASTIC, better yet MARVELOUS and experience attorney. During my first stage of custody battle Belinda was able to have the court grant me custody per leaving the court. That was ONLY on the first court date. She is very experience, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and is very compassionate... about representing her client. I am more than happy to have Belinda represent me and will continue to trust in her. IN the court room her focus is strategic outcomes for her client. Most important expect her to fight to the end not just the entire case, but EVERY COURT APPEARANCE! In the words of Martin, "You Go Girl"

Only one word to describe Mrs. Arevalo- Amazing ! On the very first day Mrs Arevalo submitted her notice of appearance in my family court case , she settled my case. Mrs. Arevalo's knowledge of the law combined with her legal strategy can only be described as Amazing. I will be eternally grateful ...to Mrs. Arevalo and highly recommend her. Mrs. Arevalo will definitely be my first call should I ever find myself in family court again and she should be yours too.

Oh Belinda!!

Where do we start? First and foremost my mother and I would like to thank you for your incredible services. We were so scared going into this ordeal because we've never experienced something like this before, but Belinda made it go as smoothly as possible. She listened to our every concern and addres...sed them accordingly. For the short amount of time I was allowed into the court room Belinda was a fighter from start to end, I was truly impressed! She comforted my mother and reassured her that everything would be okay and it was just as she said it would be. I would recommend Belinda to every person I possibly could because she's just that great. She kept us up to date with everything going on, was very knowledgeable, and understanding. This has been a very blissful moment in our lives that we finally were able to finally come to an agreement until my mothers divorce is finalized. Thanks Belinda for kicking ass in the courtroom!

Excellence at it's BEST!!!

Belinda was hired to represent my fiancee in his Divorce, Custody & CS cases. As many of you know family court can get messy and unfortunately my fiancee is dealing with a bitter nasty ex. No matter how bad the ex tries to make it, when you have an Attorney that's worth her weight in gold you will co...me out on top. Belinda is resourceful, attentive and genuinely cares about your case. She is not like so many attorneys out there that take your money & don't represent you properly in court. Previous hired attorneys showed up to court & frankly it was like having cardboard cut out stand next to you and let you get screwed. Belinda is a true fighter & does not put up with any nonsense in the court room. When I spoke to Belinda the first time, I knew we had struck Attorney Gold! She is well organized, knowledgable, and when court appearance came up she hit it out of the park. What she delivered? My fiancee did not have to pay spousal support in Divorce court. My fiancee got joint legal custody with Right of first refusal. My fiancee got his CS payment lowered from the outrageously high amount it was initially set. -The outcome of your court cases are what you have to deal & live with LONG TERM... A great Attorney makes you or breaks you in court and afterward.
