AMAZING EXPERIENCE

Mrs Belinda Arevalo where do I begin! She has made this process very at ease for me. Anytime I’ve stepped into the courtroom with her my nerves went away. The way she is always prepared is astonishing. For my child support hearing Belinda broke everything down to me and when it was time to face the j...udge there were no surprises. In my opinion one of THE best family attorneys in New York. She displays Professionalism , grace and determination . It was a true honor working with a great Attorney/Human Being. Thank You!!!

Family Court Matter

Attended my child support hearing, my attorney was tenacious, clear, professional and effective when directing herself to the judge. Despite opposing counsel and his client not showing up second time around, she was able to secure at least a minial favorable ruling until the next court date.

Excellence, honesty and results!

My fiancé was in need of an attorney who would be able to finalize a divorce and child custody/support so that she could move on with her life. After talking with many attorneys, we chose Belinda because she came across as someone who cared and would be dedicated to fighting for her. The case was ext...rememly difficult because the ex-husband was determined to be as nasty as possible. The Bronx court system was also a nightmare to deal with. Once we hired Belinda she took away all of our stress and was able to get the case moving and resolved it after the previous attorney let it languish for a year. Not only was she able to deal with spousal issues but also child custody as well. Belinda had to deal with a nasty attorney but never wavered or gave in and fought until she got what we wanted. We were thrilled with the results and so happy that we could move on to bigger and better things. We would reocmmmed Belinda to anyone who has felt wronged by the system and need an advocate who cares and will fight for them!

Excellence at it's BEST!!!

Belinda was hired to represent my fiancee in his Divorce, Custody & CS cases. As many of you know family court can get messy and unfortunately my fiancee is dealing with a bitter nasty ex. No matter how bad the ex tries to make it, when you have an Attorney that's worth her weight in gold you will co...me out on top. Belinda is resourceful, attentive and genuinely cares about your case. She is not like so many attorneys out there that take your money & don't represent you properly in court. Previous hired attorneys showed up to court & frankly it was like having cardboard cut out stand next to you and let you get screwed. Belinda is a true fighter & does not put up with any nonsense in the court room. When I spoke to Belinda the first time, I knew we had struck Attorney Gold! She is well organized, knowledgable, and when court appearance came up she hit it out of the park. What she delivered? My fiancee did not have to pay spousal support in Divorce court. My fiancee got joint legal custody with Right of first refusal. My fiancee got his CS payment lowered from the outrageously high amount it was initially set. -The outcome of your court cases are what you have to deal & live with LONG TERM... A great Attorney makes you or breaks you in court and afterward.

From the very first encounter with Belinda my anxiety and stress level about my custody and child support cases were eased. She is extremely professional, confidant, and knowledgeable.
