Tsui is the best immigration lawyer in my opinion if you're looking for someone who is professional, thorough, honest and straightforward. Her office helped us with the original perm residency application through marriage all the way through the petition to remove conditional status. She made what wa...s seemingly a daunting process a lot less intimidating and complicated by giving us a clear list of documentations to provide and prepare and setting the right expectations (so you can stop worrying about timelines beyond your control). Throughout the whole process (roughly took about 4 years) she's been very responsive, thorough and knowledgeable in addressing our questions and concerns. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a trustworthy lawyer.

Thanks to Tsui Yee, I obtained my O-1B ‘extraordinary ability’ visa. I was laid off in June by my employer due to Covid 19. As the only breadwinner in my family, this was an incredibly stressful situation, and I was faced with the possibility of having to leave the U.S. and giving up on my dream of ...furthering my career in the architecture industry. Back in Portugal, there aren’t that many opportunities to go far because of the economy. Once I had my consultation with Tsui, she immediately started strategizing on how we could formulate a solution that would allow my family and I to stay in the U.S. Because I was in my sixth year on my H-1B work visa, and there were mistakes made by my former employer attorney, who was handling my employment based green card application, I could not extend my H-1B visa even if I had a new job offer. To say Tsui Yee is a great immigration lawyer is to sell her short. The level of service and support that Tsui has provided me over the past few years has been absolutely paramount to my permanent residency here in the U.S. – if not for her efforts, I truly do not believe I would have progressed as f...ar as I have, in fact I might have been sent back to my home country by now.
