Disappointing EB1A Experience

I hired Steve to handle my EB1A petition. Communication was extremely limited, and my case sat idle for several months with little to no updates. My petition was later handed off to a paralegal in Africa who appeared fairly new. The process felt disorganized and impersonal. I also felt that the petit...ion lacked strong supporting evidence and thoughtful preparation. Most concerning, I was not given the opportunity to review the final petition before it was filed, despite asking. That left me uncomfortable and frustrated. This was the most disappointing professional experiences I’ve had with an immigration attorney, and I would not recommend Steve to anyone.

O1 A Visa

I had bit of a stressful time understanding and getting a grip of the US immigration process, but Steve made this so simple and structured that I was feeling much confident as we moved along. I got my O1A visa approved, and stamping process done through a consulate in India. The whole process was sea...mless and really quick. I would recommend Steve and his law firm to anyone looking for their immigration requirements.

Excellent law firm!

Made a stressful time feel seamless

Unresponsive, lack of communication and professionalism

I paid for one hour consultation and he left in the middle of the meeting, giving a poor advise regarding a straight forward case. Serious lack of professional communication, did not address our concerns and barely answered our questions.
