Exceptional NY Real Estate Attorney
Evans was my closing attorney during my recent Manhattan condo purchase. He was with me every step of the process from the offer to closing. Literally could not have purchased my first home without him. EXCEPTIONAL. And I’m an attorney by trade, so I have very high standards for lawyers.

Excellent Lawyer
I have been working with Evans for over 10 years. He first helped me file my DACA paperwork and later to adjust my status to legal resident after I got married. He has impeccable attention to detail when it comes to filling out the forms and he continues to stay up-to-date of the latest immigration news and policies. He's been beyond attentive over the years and is always available for the many questions my husband and I had during the status adjustment process. Evans makes you feel heard, prepared and protected. Knowledgeable, Efficient, Competent and Personable
This is the third time my husband and I have worked with Evans Legros as our real estate attorney in transacting both the purchase and/or the sale of residential and commercial properties in NYC. He is highly effective and will make sure you are represented and protected efficiently. Evans Legros is an excellent attorney. We hired him for our first home purchase and we couldn't be happier with the services he provided. He is extremely organized and detail-oriented. He shared resources and recommendations as we built our team, and was knowledgeable about our specific circumstances, advocating for us throughout the entire process. I was recommend attorney Legros for my first time condominium purchase and he fulfilled all of my expectations and more.
