I wanted to post this so that in the future potential clients who would like to obtain services from Tiffany can no my experience with this individual. On a FB group, I was personally attacked by Tiffany. During my interaction with Tiffany, it was becoming more apparent to me Tiffany has a clear disd...ain for men. I tried to have a debate with her over our original topic. Tiffany decided not only to continue with personal attacks on me, but begin to focus her attention on making personal attacks attacks on my wife who had nothing to do with my interactions with Tiffany. From my experience, Tiffany’s desperate lack of any sort of professionalism should be a feed flag for any potential clients that may want to seek Tiffany’s services. By reading the reviews here, I’m not the only person who’s experienced Tiffany’s rudeness, anger issues and clear unprofessionalism.

On a recommendation, I reached out to Tiffany at Young & Ma regarding what would become a discrimination lawsuit against my former employer. What really stood out to me at the beginning was getting a near-immediate response after I contacted her, followed by a phone call. Since things were very raw a...t the time, this was incredibly appreciated and made me feel heard from the start. In addition to being very empathetic, Tiffany told me the truth. I knew what to expect from the start, and she kept me in the loop as the case progressed. She asked me the right questions which provided insight into facts and issues where the law was broken that I didn’t even realize. I could go on and on about how professionally the case was handled, but the most important thing is that Tiffany made me feel confident that I was right and that I was justified in my allegations. That will always be something that I’ll remember about a situation that was scary and confusing. When we settled, I walked into the courtroom at peace and told my story. She was even so aware of my feelings that she calmed my nerves during the settlement conference with her witty and whip-smart personality. She helped me land on a number that was fair—and thrilled doesn’t even describe the feeling that I felt when we settled. Young & Ma is superb, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
