Biography
I am a results-oriented, energetic advocate for my clients. I am passionate about representing my clients. As most cases come from word-of-mouth referrals, I am proud of my reputation built one client at a time. Most clients are faced with a difficult challenge in a critical part of their lives: their jobs and careers. I am competitive and look forward to taking the fight to the employer to redress unfair and illegal actions. I align our firm's fee arrangement with the client's desired outcome so that there is an identity of interest in the result sought. My success is defined by each client obtaining the desired outcome as a consequence of my effective counsel. Most of all, I love what I do, and that is helping people and seeking fair results for clients who deserve better treatment from their employers.

Horrible
The more I dealt with Jonathan I realized he probably didn't even have a file for my case and he was totally I neffective. His legal advice changed vs what he had previously told me. His personality is aggressive. Seek other lawyers who will represent your interest and care.

Bad lawyer, Worse results
You get what you pay for. And in this case, I got zero. Too bad I had to write the entire draft complaint myself with no help from Jonathan’s staff.

Big talker with no FOLLOWUP
Jonathan loves to talk but didn’t ever learn how to listen, shouting rapid fire questions like some big shot making me feel so little. Replied last December 10, 2020The same person who cannot imagine why they were fired for legitimate business reasons now finds rejection difficult to fathom. We are duty bound to decline representation of baseless claims. We simply cannot take on matters and pursue cases where there is no merit in either the facts or the law applicable to one's circumstance.

Very disappointing conversation
Mr Sack had no interest in my case. He just talked about himself the entire (very short) conversation. Comes off as very arrogant but not very smart - seems like a lot of big talk and little action. Had to reschedule repeatedly too!

Replied last September 14, 2020I have a paramount interest in all calls to my office. I consider each inquiry as it is my first, last and only call. This caller had no case. I declined to pursue this person's matter. Nonetheless, I offered guidance and suggestions. During an initial, no cost consultation, I always make point to introduce myself and describe my background and experience. If one cares to follow-up, I am always willing to listen to new facts and circumstances which may change my initial opinion.
