FINRA, JAMS and AAA arbitrations are more common now that most employers require employees to consent to adjudicate employment disputes in confidential arbitration forums. We regularly handle client disputes and look forward to handling litigations.

We negotiate / mediate client matters, and when a fair result cannot be obtained, we litigate cases involving non-competes, trade secrets, bonus and deferred compensation, discrimination and wrongful termination in all courts and arbitration forums.

We handle discrimination cases asserting gender, national origin, race, skin color, age, religion, familial status, disability, retaliation or sexual orientation. You are protected by City, State and Federal Laws. I was a mediator for the EEOC.
