Superb Lawyer

Before I decided to file for bankrutpcy I called a debt consolidation company and paid thousands of dollars for a year. Well, they did not settle any of my credit cards and here I am today! To make things worse I was worried about loosing my home. Mr. Waldner got me in touch with his appraiser and... it turned out that I was able to keep my house. Actually I did not give up anything because I guess he was able to use an alternate form of "exemptions" that allowed me to keep all of my valuables. Mr. Waldner was referred to me by a close friend who filed for bankruptcy some time ago and I really am happy I made this decision and filed with Mr. Waldner's office

Safe, Confidential Trustrorthy Lawyer

I really was in a bad place before I started interviewing Lawyers to see if I could qualify for Chapter 7. When I went to Mr. Waldner he was on time, honest and compassionate. i explained my case and then he rattled off like 40 questions to make sutre there were no problems with my filing. Once we... finished with that he reviewed all of my court documents and let me know how to deal with the other lawyers. He really took the time to guide me through the process. I can tell he is not just another lawyer out to make a buck but that he really loves his job and wantwed to help me.

Mr. Waldner really knows his business and is an expert in navigating the complicated ins and outs of personal bankruptcy. He has shown us all of our financial options and made us feel very comfortable moving forward with our decision. I would reccomend Mr. Waldner to anyone.

Best, most Profesional Lawyer for Bankruptcy

I came to Mr. Waldner's office about a year ago with over $60,000 in Credit card debt and $4,000 in tax debt, not to mention my medical bills. As of now I am completely debt free! He was extremely courteous and professional and I really knew he would do a great job from the start. I also felt extr...emely prepared at the court meeting. Most of the other people at the meeting seemed unprepared and there cases were not closed that day. Mine was quick and closed that day!!

THE BEST ATTORNEY!

He really was there to guide me through the bankruptcy process. William was very flexible with the payment plan and stopped all of my creditors from harassing me. If you are ever in need of a bankruptcy attorney Mr. Waldner is the Best!!
