Someone got hurt at my house, by someone that I did not invite during a party, so Wedeen was recommended by my company. After a couple of weeks of missed phone calls we were able to meet and discuss my situation. After about 20 minutes he told me to report it to my insurance home insurance co...mpany and they should cover it. He could have said to hire him and I would have. My only complaints are he can take a day or two to call back and his his New Jersey office is down a side street which my GPS didn't go straight to.

Was referred to this lawyer by the "1800 criminal defense" site. I met with him once after paying $2,500 and was promised he would handle my case and defend me. He seemed impatient and uninterested while I was discussing my case with him during less than an hour meeting. What I got ultimately was t...otal ignorance and no returned phone calls. His secretary said "he made ONE call to the police station and it basically justifies the $2,500 charge" Wow are they insane? Bunch of crooks and liars. Be careful... He will take your money and treat you with disrespect and unworthiness.

I hired Mr. Wedeen to represent a relative in a criminal matter. He was very straightforward with us. He did not make any promises about some impossible outcome, like a couple of other lawyers we spoke with. He told us exactly what he felt would be a fair outcome. He was correct. He got my son... a very good deal, including a downgrade of some serious charges, and probation instead of jail. The only issue I had was that sometimes he would take a day to get back to us on a phone call.
