He gave great advice, telling us to consult with our insurer before going to the courthouse. He was right. The insurer will cover our issue. He could've taken up our case, but instead, h...e selflessly referred us to our insurer and saved us money.

I'm a builder and Realtor who has utilized Tim's services on numerous deals. Tim is fabulous to work with, I'm usually fairly busy so finding an attorney who is responsive and can juggle multiple projects simultaneously is invaluable for me. Someone got hurt at my house, by someone that I did not invite during a party, so Wedeen was recommended by my company. After a couple of weeks of missed phone calls we were able to meet and discuss my situation. After about 20 minutes he told me to report it to my insurance home insurance co...mpany and they should cover it. He could have said to hire him and I would have. My only complaints are he can take a day or two to call back and his his New Jersey office is down a side street which my GPS didn't go straight to.

I hired Mr. Wedeen to represent a relative in a criminal matter. He was very straightforward with us. He did not make any promises about some impossible outcome, like a couple of other lawyers we spoke with. He told us exactly what he felt would be a fair outcome. He was correct. He got my son... a very good deal, including a downgrade of some serious charges, and probation instead of jail. The only issue I had was that sometimes he would take a day to get back to us on a phone call.
