dishonesty with fee.
After the case was dropped due to a death, Tim did not return the unused portion of the $ 5000.00 retainer. He wrote one letter and made a few phone calls. After many phone calls and emails and a promise to do so, he has yet to comply.

And without any identifying information, it is impossible to say anything in my own defense, or about whatever matter this purportedly refers to.
