We received a very confusing, non descriptive and unofficial cease and desist letter from our neighbor's lawyer due to issues and confrontations re: property damage and other neighbor type issues. Mr Tim Wedeen returned our phone call within 24 hrs, assessed our side of the situation, contacted their... lawyer and had our matter mediated that same day!! He was exactly what our family needed and exceeded our expectations making this experience less stressful for us. Someone got hurt at my house, by someone that I did not invite during a party, so Wedeen was recommended by my company. After a couple of weeks of missed phone calls we were able to meet and discuss my situation. After about 20 minutes he told me to report it to my insurance home insurance co...mpany and they should cover it. He could have said to hire him and I would have. My only complaints are he can take a day or two to call back and his his New Jersey office is down a side street which my GPS didn't go straight to.
