Knowledgeable and Responsive

I'm a builder and Realtor who has utilized Tim's services on numerous deals. Tim is fabulous to work with, I'm usually fairly busy so finding an attorney who is responsive and can juggle multiple projects simultaneously is invaluable for me. If you're looking to do one real estate transaction or 30,... you will not be in better hands than Tim Wedeen. I highly recommend him for any real estate project.

Timothy went above and beyond to help me. I wish I hired him earlier

I got a referra on Tim from my company. Tim was the right man at the right moment for me. I worked on a property deal that caused some risks to my deposit. The lawyer who represented me wasn't doing a good job on protecting me. I had to look for another lawyer to help me get the right answers. Tim w...as following up, being very responsive and went above and beyond to help me in the most stressful and crucial time. Can't thank him enough and I will hire him for the next deal. It's really critical to make the right choice when selecting a lawyer.
