Amazing attorney

Going through a very separation, dealing with child support and my daughter’s custody was a nightmare until I hired Vivien Stark. She is extremely thoughtful, wise and also a great human being. Excellent experience lawyer

Ms stark is a professional, experience and well prepared lawyer for any family case. She was my lawyer I a nasty frustrate frustrated divorce case which it was a lost case for any lawyer, but Ms Stark took the case and won the case completely. After years, I want to relocate to another state again court same no sense, but Ms Stark again won the case. Thank you for your service and I will recomend you to anyone in any family case.

Very satisfied client

Vivien was my attorney through a contested divorce. My ex went through several attorneys and not one of them came even close to Vivien. Not only does she have decades of experience but she has something that no experience can get: intuition, wisdom, ability to read her clients ,her opponents, her opponent's clients and most importantly the judge . It is rare for a man to succeed in court and to get custody. Vivien was able to make a clear convincing case and to win that for me. I am forever grateful. She's an excellent attorney

Amazing Lawyer

I used Ms. Stark in my divorce. She handled the issues of property distribution and custody of my children. She was smart, tough and got me a great child support and maintenance package. Best Divorce Lawyer ever

Look no further, Vivien is the best Divorce lawyer you can find… My ex and I have been fighting over child support for almost 8 years from state to state. We have spent an enormous money on lawyers and courts. Thank God I finally found Vivien. She explained to me what I did wrong, strategized the solution for my complicated case and helped me to close the case in 1.5 months! Moreover, she saved huge amount of expenses by not having to go to trial. PLUS, she refunded me all my remaining retainer which I have never experienced before. With other lawyers I dealt with in the past, they were only interested in dragging your case as long as possible to get paid. Vivien is without doubt the best and most honest lawyer on the street that you can find to help you fight your case. She is a Godsend lawyer for me.

Thank you Vivien!!

You are not only a very strong and forceful attorney but also compassionate. Thank you Vivien! I had an extremely vindictive ex-wife and she used the children (typical parental alienation) against me. I am thankful that I had/have Vivien and she realizes I am a good father. Vivien is a very good attorney and also has a conscience and not out to take advantage of a situation. I am happily remarried and we can focus on a bright future because of Vivien.

Ms. Stark just handled my divorce case, she explained in detail the whole process and was extremely aware of my feelings and the hurtful time one has when it comes to a divorce. I got Custody

Vivien is an excellent lawyer. She is not only knowledgeable of the laws and the system, but also over Judges and lawyers she goes up against. She has an excellent read on others, and keeps calm despite how often I lost my head during "the process." It took 1.5yrs for Vivien to help me gain custody of my beautiful daughter. Vivien still keeps herself available to answer any questions or concerns I might have. And when it feels the sky is falling, Vivien goes over the laws point by point until I am at ease. I will use Vivien again and again and would recommend her without a moments hesitation!

highly recommended

I used Vivien for a child support case. Working with her was an amazing experience. I had gone to other lawyers for a consultation and payed high fees but wasn't satisfied with their suggestions and didn't feel the positive energy I immediately felt with Vivien. After going over all the details of my case she told me what my options were and came up with a plan that made total sense and followed through with it. The office staff was pleasant to deal with. My calls were returned promptly and all questions and concerns were handled in a patient and competent way. Excellent Attorney

Most Knowledgeable and Caring Lawyer: Vivien Stark

I used Vivien for a prenuptial agreement less than a year ago, and I was more than pleased with the results. I was dealing with a fragile situation and had no idea what to do. Vivien quickly came up with a course of action, and was always prepared and knowledgeable at every turn. She took the time to answer all my questions in a way I could understand the agreement and my options, when my previous lawyer did not. She was a strong advocate for me without being overly confrontational in the process. This was key for my particular situation and her extra care made it a pleasure for everyone involved. She is the most genuine lawyer I have yet to encounter, and was fair with all her hours and rates. Vivien saved the day!

When I hired Vivien Stark, my case had been going for three years and was being strung along by incompetent and unethical lawyers (on both sides) who just wanted to profit off of the acrimony between my son's father and me. Vivien was able to get my son's father, who was trying to obtain sole custody, to accept a settlement offer, and I think that was in part because she is truly a shark in the courtroom. One day of cross examination by her was all it took to bring him to the table. Vivien is charismatic and extremely intelligent. She is responsive, hard working, down to earth and a straight shooter. A true professional in every sense of the word. I am so grateful to have found her, because now I can finally get on with my life.

There can't be a better Lawyer than Vivien, impossible

Get Vivian on your side before the other side does cause then your toast. Vivian even had my opponents lawyer shaking in their shoes. She won my case that was very complex. The presiding Judge could only agree with Vivians argument on my behalf. She was unstoppable, relentless and refused to stop until she had secured my request from the court. I refer to her by her first name because she is very personable. Thanks Vivian

No Nonsense, Skilled and Efficient

Vivien Stark is a dynamic, effective attorney. She has a very direct style that makes it easy get to the core issues of a case quickly, instead of wasting time (and your money) on extraneous details. I came to Vivien after consulting two other lawyers and she was by far the most impressive, not by big-office standards but by giving me a very real idea of the strengths and weaknesses of my case. When we did move forward, she was always prepared and well-versed on whatever issue came up, even if it required additional legal research. If I had questions, she always responded quickly and completely. Most importantly, she did not overcharge (as many NYC attorneys do, at every opportunity) or overstate her hours. Her prices and her time charged were fair and ethical. I have recommended her to two friends, both of whom were also more than satisfied.
