First-Rate Legal Representation
Weiss & Associates did a great job from start to finish, advising me on the traffic ticket, tracking the ticket and representing me in court, which resulted in a dismissal of the ticket. It was money well spent, especially if you believe you are innocent, which was me in this case. Even if I did not win, it was still money well spent because they tracked this ticket for over two years, throughout this pandemic and represented me in court, so I never had to worry about responding or attending the hearing once I submitted all of the items they asked for. I am really glad there is a high-caliber law firm like this one that is available to the public!

Ticket/Traffic Violation (School Bus Stop Sign) Dismissed
I had uncomfortable traffic violation ticket (Passing a School Bus Stop Sign). I did not see or believe passed a school bus stop sign. Especially after dropping my daughter off in school and heading home with my wife. An un-mark police vehicle pulled me over and officer said I passed a School bus stop sign. I needed a experience/excellent Attorney/Firm who can fight for me and prove there was a mistake. This type of violation/ticket puts 5 points on your license if guilty and can come with other penalties. This is not a bargain ticket but either you are guilty or not. Anyway, yesterday I was informed by Matthew Weiss/Firm my case was dismissed. No points and cleared! I can't express the emotions I feel about this outcome. I am so grateful picked Matthew Weiss to represent me. Also their staff (Jennifer Ortiz) was incredible through out the whole process with constant heads up/customer service. The best
I’ve been using Weiss and Associates for nearly 10 years and refer all of my friends and family to them. Out of the 7 cases they’ve represented me on, they have gotten the ticket dismissed 6 times. The process is painless and the fees are reasonable. I’ve never had to show up to court either. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Best money I ever spent.
I had three speeding tickets under 70 mph on the parkway within 14 months. No tickets 4 years before and none 4 years after. But in NY state you can lose your license if you have 3 speeding tix in 18 months. My father was in the hospital for an entire year, so I engaged Weiss and Associates. I never had to go to court, no days off of work. They handle everything, send you updates via email. They saved me from a huge headache.
