I am a civil rights & employment lawyer predominantly representing employees. My practice focuses on discrimination, sexual harassment, and labor law issues, along with virtually all other aspects of employment law. I may occasionally represent management for (1) creation/maintenance of anti-discrimination policies and compliance with relevant labor laws; (2) defense of employment law claims where I believe the suit has no merit; (3) employment contract negotiation and; (4) general consultation. I also represent victims of discrimination in other contexts, such as in public accomodations.

Excellent executive contract drafting and negotiation
Josh did a great job drafting my employment contract (for CEO of a healthcare organization) in a very short timeframe. He added a number of provisions to the contract protecting me, and a few others that benefit my employer without harming me.
"I endorse this lawyer. Josh is a fantastic lawyer, and I relied on his expert legal advice on numerous previous occasions."
