I hired him long time ago to help me with my Immgration case, the fee was $4000, plus on the interview day he sent another lawyer and charged me $650, but the other lawyer did nothing for me and he was eating peanuts in the court room, and the next appointment he said I have to pay another $650 for h...im to show up, I did but he sent another lawyer again, the funny thing I saw Joseph with other client on The same day, I guess I’m not that important for him to come with me, I knew that I would hire another lawyer plus he is bad on paper work always missing something, never going to hire him again.

Spence I start my case this lawyer submitted a wrong fee to my son’s case which cause a delay from us is to ask us to submit the right fee then a sent him hundred e mail to chick on my case and ask him very important questions but no response , tried to call many many times always busy , now I just ...disconnected , I just feel like I’m drawing in a deep ocean without help . He is useless . Worse immigration lawyer ever . Don’t hire him

This lawyer would never follow up on your case or do something outside of his office!!! I totally regret that I hired him he promised me that he would come to my interview but he never did! He sent his crack head assistant that he didn’t do anything during my interview beside writing notes. Now it ...has been 7 months since my interview and he didn’t do anything to find out what’s going on! He told me to come to see him after 6 months for follow up so when I went to his office he told me to write the congresman:( what kind of lawyer are you? If I want to contact the congressman or senate I will let my US spouse do it directly without you but as lawyer you should know that contacting a congressman would delay the process instead of speeding! Stay away from this guy and go find a real lawyer that would work professional with your case and follow up on your case after your interview!!!
