I hired him long time ago to help me with my Immgration case, the fee was $4000, plus on the interview day he sent another lawyer and charged me $650, but the other lawyer did nothing for me and he was eating peanuts in the court room, and the next appointment he said I have to pay another $650 for h...im to show up, I did but he sent another lawyer again, the funny thing I saw Joseph with other client on The same day, I guess I’m not that important for him to come with me, I knew that I would hire another lawyer plus he is bad on paper work always missing something, never going to hire him again.

Spence I start my case this lawyer submitted a wrong fee to my son’s case which cause a delay from us is to ask us to submit the right fee then a sent him hundred e mail to chick on my case and ask him very important questions but no response , tried to call many many times always busy , now I just ...disconnected , I just feel like I’m drawing in a deep ocean without help . He is useless . Worse immigration lawyer ever . Don’t hire him

I would only warn you guys that stay away from this so called lawyer. He delayed my husband’s immigration case for about 6 months. He never follows up on any case. He is just an unprofessional lawyer that he didn’t even come to know that uscis has mailed my husband’s work permit and he the sad part i...s that he didn’t even correct the adress on the application of uscsis which ended up in the wrong adress and we had to do the application all over again. Stay away from this guy otherwise you will regret it.

I submitted my paperwork through this so called immigration lawyer, I didn't hear any response from the USCIS for three months, yes three long months. When I cantacted his office to know what's going on , it took at least 10 calls and messages for me to receive an answer. And guess what he somehow ma...naged to forget to submit my application. This law office will rarely put you through with Joseph, who himself will not give you a satisfying answer. Sorry to do business with them.
