I submitted my paperwork through this so called immigration lawyer, I didn't hear any response from the USCIS for three months, yes three long months. When I cantacted his office to know what's going on , it took at least 10 calls and messages for me to receive an answer. And guess what he somehow ma...naged to forget to submit my application. This law office will rarely put you through with Joseph, who himself will not give you a satisfying answer. Sorry to do business with them.

The worst immigration lawyer ever he never follow up on cases never call back never give a good answers never do nothing. The NVC send him emails about my cases he never tells me he got my paper delayed for 2 month and it was at the final step and I never knew anything about it which delayed me. He ...is the worst

I have been using Joe's services for the last 20 years, and it is sad to note that the ill manner professionalism of his office will force my hand to file a grievance against his practice. It is utterly disconcerting when your lawyer's office tells you after you have left several messages for him tha...t he wont call you back he is very busy so try "your luck during the hours of 12PM to 6PM to catch him." It wouldn't be a problem if they didn't take messages from me and my phone # giving me the impression that he will get back to me.
