Spence I start my case this lawyer submitted a wrong fee to my son’s case which cause a delay from us is to ask us to submit the right fee then a sent him hundred e mail to chick on my case and ask him very important questions but no response , tried to call many many times always busy , now I just ...disconnected , I just feel like I’m drawing in a deep ocean without help . This lawyer would never follow up on your case or do something outside of his office!!! I totally regret that I hired him he promised me that he would come to my interview but he never did! He sent his crack head assistant that he didn’t do anything during my interview beside writing notes. Now it ...has been 7 months since my interview and he didn’t do anything to find out what’s going on! He told me to come to see him after 6 months for follow up so when I went to his office he told me to write the congresman:( what kind of lawyer are you? If I want to contact the congressman or senate I will let my US spouse do it directly without you but as lawyer you should know that contacting a congressman would delay the process instead of speeding! Stay away from this guy and go find a real lawyer that would work professional with your case and follow up on your case after your interview!!!

Joseph W Plunkett is a lawyer for Immigration, His office offer Free phone calls, free consultations and you can also email him all the time but since he has so many clients is hard to reach him over the phone and it takes time for him to reply every single email. he is always busy but people needs t...o understand that you can not do five things at one.

I would only warn you guys that stay away from this so called lawyer. He delayed my husband’s immigration case for about 6 months. He never follows up on any case. He is just an unprofessional lawyer that he didn’t even come to know that uscis has mailed my husband’s work permit and he the sad part i...s that he didn’t even correct the adress on the application of uscsis which ended up in the wrong adress and we had to do the application all over again. Stay away from this guy otherwise you will regret it.

Sad to see some of the reviews on here. I have been dealing with Joe on and off for 7 years. Always returns calls and emails and straight up guy with what he can or can't do. He is a gentleman as well. Sorry to hear people have been having a bad experience with him, can't recommend him enough in term...s of Immigration Law, he knows his stuff.
