He sent in paperwork on my behalf that had many errors. These errors were not law based, they were basic questions such as date of birth (which was he wrote incorrectly on the form, even though he had a copy of my passport), addresses, including dates. These forms were sent without giving me a copy. ...I was not given anything, until I demanded for copies of my paper work. Anyone in a professional field has heard of "professional due care", it basically means that the work that you do should be atleast fairly correct, having DOB, dates, addresses should at the MINIMUM be correct, these do not require technical law knowledge. In addition to this, I was given incorrect guidance as to which documents I needed to file. Whatever you, do not give this lawyer all of his fees up front. There many more experienced lawyers, that are professional enough to atleast send a copy of the paper work to you and confirm that everything is correct. This lawyer did not provide me with this right.

I have been using Joe's services for the last 20 years, and it is sad to note that the ill manner professionalism of his office will force my hand to file a grievance against his practice. It is utterly disconcerting when your lawyer's office tells you after you have left several messages for him tha...t he wont call you back he is very busy so try "your luck during the hours of 12PM to 6PM to catch him." It wouldn't be a problem if they didn't take messages from me and my phone # giving me the impression that he will get back to me.
