Life changing

There are a few moments in life where a good decision is incredibly important because the outcome is life changing. Before I had met Daniel, despite a stellar track record, my employer had discriminated based on my race/gender and upon being confronted on the topic, threatened to terminate. Not havin...g ever experienced anything like this in the past, I was at a loss for what exactly to do. I was referred to Daniel through a friend who was an employment lawyer and found Daniel to be incredibly professional, forward, responsive, and a vigorous advocate. He was incredibly patient throughout the process, put me in the driver's seat, and when I was unsure of what action to take, recommended several courses of action. As he made his recommendations, it was clear that he was drawing from a lifetime of experiences and gave me confidence that we were doing the correct thing. I think the most remarkable thing about working with Daniel is he turned an inherently personal and emotional situation into one of facts and clear thinking. Honest, professional, and compassionate during an extremely difficult time

Dan Kaiser worked with me when I was laid off from my company of 12 years while my young daughter was battling terminal cancer. It was a rock bottom moment for me and my family. Dan showed compassion and was quite delicate to our needs and emotional toll it was taking. Daniel Kaiser: great litigation and discrimination lawyer in NYC

An employer defense lawyer from DC gave me a couple of her top recommendations for employee discrimination and litigation cases. I consulted with a couple of lawyers from other firms before I met with Daniel Kaiser. Kaiser was the only one that didn't make me feel even more nervous about my situation.... When I met Kaiser at the initial consultation, I could tell he was experienced and confident. The details of my case were very personal, but he never made me feel inferior. Kaiser quickly swept aside all of the 'baggage' in the details and asked the necessary questions. In contrast with a previous consultation, he didn't delve into gossip or irrelevant topics, which was a relief. Throughout the case, Kaiser was efficient, thorough and professional. I was kept updated during the process, and felt confident that I was in good hands. Kaiser moved my case quickly and successfully. He got me out of a severely binding contract. Most importantly, Kaiser released me from working under people that treated me terribly because of where I come from. I know I had a difficult case that only a good lawyer would be able to win.
