For over twenty years, Mr. Kaiser has concentrated his practice primarily in the areas of labor and employment law. During that time, he has represented individuals in employment disputes with some of the world's largest corporations. Mr. Kaiser's clients are generally senior executives and officers of Fortune 500 companies, Wall Street professionals, attorneys, physicians and other professionals employed at some of the nation's premier public and private firms and governmental organizations.

Mr. Kaiser regularly litigates before courts and arbitration panels in cases involving breach of contract, non-payment of wages, bonus and commission compensation and alleged violations of non-compete or non-solicitation clauses. He also has substantial experience representing employees and executives in cases involving employment discrimination, unlawful retaliation and whistleblowing. Mr. Kaiser has successfully obtained numerous substantial monetary settlements and jury verdicts for his clients. In addition, many of Mr. Kaiser's cases have resulted in published court decisions which have broken new ground in various aspects of employment law.

Mr. Kaiser was selected for inclusion in the 2011 edition of New York Super Lawyers. He is a frequent speaker on employment and litigation-related topics. His speaking engagements have included the Workshop on Employment Law for Federal Judges conducted jointly by NYU Law School's Institute of Judicial Administration and NYU Law School's Institute for Labor and Employment Law and programs on Ethics and Tactics in Mediation and Settlement Negotiations sponsored by the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Professional Responsibility Committees of New York City Bar Association.

Mr. Kaiser is a 1986 graduate of the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations. He received his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1989. He is admitted to the New York bar and also before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

My Lucky Day In Finding a Winner....

I consider myself very lucky to have found Daniel Kasier and his firm when I was in dire need of an excellent attorney to handle my case. It is a very involved case and it finally led to Arbitration. Watching Dan and his Associate perform during the weeks of depositions and the Arbitration was l...ike watching "a well oiled machine" at work. So much so that even the Arbitrator told them what a thorough and professional job they had done. Never having gone through this before, I was surprised that an Arbitrator would comment at all....but that tells you of the quality of Dan Kaisers performance during the Arbitration....which, by the way, he won. I am very careful when giving recommendations to people as you have to feel very confident in what the outcome can be. Well based on my dealings with Daniel Kaiser, which are still ongoing, I have already recommended him to a number of people, and if I ever needed a lawyer again, I would absolutely hire him . Hands down a five star rating.....

Mr. Kaiser is Smart, Committed, Honest, and Passionate

I met and contracted with Dan Kaiser in July 2011. Having now worked with Mr. Kaiser for more than 2 years as a Plaintiff with complex litigation against 19 defendants, where all entities have been represented by one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the world, Mr. Kaiser has skillfull...y taken us through nearly 100 hours of deposition testimony all conducted by him, and more than 70,000 documents put forth by our opponents, successfully obtaining every admission and document proving our case and preparing us to go to court, despite our opposition at times having as many as 5 lawyers against us. Dan Kaiser has caused us to be able to stand tall through his agility and knowledge of the case. He has particularly demonstrated an almost uncanny ability to ferret out the truth during the deposition process and passionate arguments in the courtroom. If I had to go back to July 2011 and go through the selection process again to find a lawyer to represent me, I would, without a doubt, select Dan Kaiser. He is the best lawyer I've ever engaged and as a Chief Executive for the last 16 years, I've worked with dozens of attorneys.
