One of the best

I worked with Dan based on an excellent recommendation from a former colleague. Dan was very responsive and went beyond simply providing legal advice. Labor cases can be life-changing and emotionally charged. Dan was very sympathetic to my situation - he was a true "counselor". Dan's negotiation ...style is firm and fair. I felt that he was always acting with my best interests in mind from the first moment we spoke through settlement. His tenacity and experience led to a successful outcome. Professional and kind all at the same time!

Daniel Kaiser is a very knowledgeable attorney. He was always very responsive and helpful during our case. He had a great bed-side manor in explaining the legal jargon that the average person would not completely understand. I highly recommend working with Daniel as I know you will be in good hands.

Extraordinary rare devoted lawyer

I have deal with my share of lawyers and not once have i come across a person who was more dedicated and devoted to my personal well-being and overall case dynamics. Dan - Gives a personal caring touch yet doesn't miss any small details. Unbelievable experiences and highly recommended to all. Very ve...rsatile and intuitive as well as knowledgable. Don't expect much

I hired Mr Kaiser to represent me in a dispute with a former employer. He was largely uncommunicative and after 2 years of litigation, I was forced to negotiate my own settlement with the defendants as I was regularly forwarded emails from the defendants that contained unintelligible response from M...r Kaiser. I ultimately received the same settlement I had been offered before I hired Mr Kaiser and he still took his fee. He was clearly not interested in the representing me beyond the initial suit filing. If you need someone to fight for you, look else where.
