Great Job! Competively priced and excellent work

I used the services of Daniel Kaiser to review my employment agreement with a new firm that I was about to join. Daniel did an excellent job of quickly identifying weaknesses in the contract and helped me in creating a 2nd contract, that was much more airtight. He will probably has made me cash money... by helping me with the contract (e.g. stock vs cash payout details). Plus, the best part is, he didn't try to overcharge for any of this, unlike some other attorneys that were asking for outrageous sums of money for 30mins of work.

No fair legal game

Did not inform me of court hearings, ambiguous communication, gets easily irritated. I felt deprived and unprotected during the legal process led by Mr. Kaiser .

Don't expect much

I hired Mr Kaiser to represent me in a dispute with a former employer. He was largely uncommunicative and after 2 years of litigation, I was forced to negotiate my own settlement with the defendants as I was regularly forwarded emails from the defendants that contained unintelligible response from M...r Kaiser. I ultimately received the same settlement I had been offered before I hired Mr Kaiser and he still took his fee. He was clearly not interested in the representing me beyond the initial suit filing. If you need someone to fight for you, look else where.

Arbitration is not his thing

Daniel was hired to represent me in arbitration over an employment agreement. The time to settle was increased by using daniel and the settlement only increased by approximately the amount of his fee. My main issue is that he stated by settling we would not have to pay the $7k in arbitration fees and... we did. He was not aware of the policy of arbitration and tried to get my refund for months and then stated there would be none.

Horrendously Bad Experience

I retained the services of Mr. Kaiser to settle a number of labor related claims including harassment. From the beginning I had misgivings because he has serious problems with his temper but I bought into the hype about what a good lawyer he was and how great his firm was, etc. Verbally abusive, li...ed re: my claims which was the basis of my retaining him/his firm, did no prep work at all and left me completely unprotected in the legal process. Lost me big money.
