I was referred to Brendan through a family friend who is also a lawyer. I am not a litigious person, but when I was unexpectedly terminated without cause and given an unfair severance package, I knew I needed expert legal guidance to help me fight back. At first, my employer and their lawyers resorted to playing dirty, making unsubstantiated claims to justify their actions. Ultimately, they caved and I got a severance package that I felt was fair. While Brendan is a great lawyer, he is also a great person - he was kind, patient and respectful throughout an emotionally tough time for me. While no one should be put in a position of needing an employment lawyer, I would highly recommend Brendan if the occasion does arise.
