Great lawyer who got
I was referred to Brendan through a family friend who is also a lawyer. I am not a litigious person, but when I was unexpectedly terminated without cause and given an unfair severance package, I knew I needed expert legal guidance to help me fight back. It was clear that my termination was motivated by racial discrimination and Brendan helped me figure out how best to navigate the process. At first, my employer and their lawyers resorted to playing dirty, making unsubstantiated claims to justify their actions. But Brendan stayed calm and rational, breaking apart their arguments piece by piece until they realized they didn't have a strong case that would prevail in court. Ultimately, they caved and I got a severance package that I felt was fair. While Brendan is a great lawyer, he is also a great person - he was kind, patient and respectful throughout an emotionally tough time for me. While no one should be put in a position of needing an employment lawyer, I would highly recommend Brendan if the occasion does arise.

Great Advocate For Disabled Veterans!
Brendan, did an amazing job of advocating for me as a disabled veteran seeking reasonable accommodations in the workplace. He is diligent, thoughtful, and forcefully able to advocate on his clients behalf. For employment and disability matters you would be hard pressed to find a better representative!

understanding and practical
Brendan and I worked together for many years. I relied on him for practical advice on employment law issues. Brendan was very highly regarded in the Company where we both worked. After Brendan left that Company I hired him to represent my Family’s business in employment law matters. Brendan has deep knowledge of the law and the courts and he also has an understanding of business needs and always very practical in his approach to the issues. I highly recommend him for any employment law matter.
