Jean is extraordinary. It is inconceivable to me that there is any better choice than Jean. From the start, Jean was clear, concise, and proactive. As a first-time purchaser, I went to Jean for what seemed to be a simple real estate transaction for a co-op. Before I even made an offer, Jean took the time to walk me through the entire process and what I should expect, putting my mind at ease. From the time of my offer and through to the closing..., Jean was responsive and kept me apprised of things as they happened. We unfortunately experienced two delays outside of our control. First, a flood occurred in the unit prior to closing and Jean was immediately helpful in determining the best course of action and negotiating the remedy. Second, the seller's bank delayed due to missing bank documents, and Jean was on top of the next steps in moving the closing and minimizing the impact to my costs. What I initially thought was going to be a simple transaction got a little complicated and took a little longer and I was glad that I had Jean there to guide me along the way. I would highly recommend Jean to anyone looking for an *trustworthy* experienced attorney.
